Affordable Care Act (ACA) is expected to come close to meeting it's goal of signing up 7 Million people before March 31. Over 6 million people have signed-up so far. If those seeking insurance can prove that they could not complete the process before the 31 of March, they will get an additional 2 week to complete the process in April. However, everyone still do not know what is the percentage between old and young sign-ups. In order to keep people's rates low, they need a ratio of around 30 to 70% young and old. Republicans have voted over 50 time to kill ACA. They keep claiming they have an alternative but no one has seen it. If people start to like what they have, it will be difficult for Republicans to run against healthcare in the Red States (Republican States).
